Welcome to Teel.in. We are committed to delivering your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Coverage

Teel.in currently ships products only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During promotional events or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer than usual.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping charge of ₹70 is applied per order unless otherwise specified on the product or checkout page.

Any changes to shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • 3–7 business days for most locations across India.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Customer location
  • Courier service availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Festivals and public holidays
  • Natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, Teel.in cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Courier Partners

To ensure reliable delivery, we work with trusted logistics partners, including:

  • Delhivery
  • Shiprocket
  • Xpressbees

Depending on your location, we may use other reputable courier partners if necessary.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number
  • Courier partner details
  • Tracking link (where available)

Customers can use the tracking number to monitor the shipment until delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

All orders must be prepaid using the payment methods available during checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed after these attempts due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is requested.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including:

  • Full name
  • Complete delivery address
  • PIN code
  • Mobile number
  • Email address

Teel.in shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided during checkout.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • a damaged product,
  • a defective item,
  • an incorrect product, or
  • a package with missing items,

please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected].

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • A clear description of the issue

For damage claims, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video, as it may be required during verification.

Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

Delivery Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Floods or natural disasters
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government regulations
  • Public holidays
  • Festivals
  • Political unrest
  • Courier operational issues

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Failed Deliveries

An order may be considered undeliverable if:

  • The address is incorrect or incomplete.
  • The recipient is unavailable after multiple delivery attempts.
  • The customer refuses delivery.
  • The courier cannot access the delivery location.

Returned shipments may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.

Order Cancellation After Shipment
